The Consulting CPA

This is the program developed by Joey Brannon and used by his company, Axiom Strategic Consulting, to train new consultants. It is for accountants and CPA’s that want to start delivering strategic planning, execution and coaching services to their small business clients. The services taught in this program have been used to help small clients with as little as $250,000 in annual revenue up to medium size companies of up to $50 million.

Training is structured in nine modules and progresses from working with your existing clients to marketing and promoting your consulting services to new clients that may or may not involve tax and accounting services.

The primary focus is on teaching you how to build a structured, disciplined consulting process that gives your business clients confidence that you have the tools and systems to help them grow their business. These clients will enter into perpetual, monthly fixed price agreements with you to help them build plans for growth, monitor the execution of those plans, hold them accountable and coach them along the way.

It is some of the most enjoyable and fulfilling work you can do with clients. And it can be the basis for a very profitable business for you. At Axiom clients invest anywhere from $1,000 a month for periodic quarterly monitoring to $12,000 a month for strategic planning, execution and coaching. Many clients opt for additional help with leadership team development and executive coaching.

All participants have access to one-on-one coaching sessions during their first nine weeks. Program materials do not expire and future updates and revisions are included.
